- Feedback: You need people who will tell you when you are wrong. Isolation leads to big losses.
Avoid the Ego Trap. Certainty is dangerous. When you feel too sure, you stop checking.
- Take a “Second Think”: Ask, “Is this actually true?”
- Stay Humble: Admit what you don’t know. The more you know, the more you realise how much you don’t.
